Before joining the Still Life family, I had lost my self confidence. After about three months with Darryl, I lost 20 pounds, gained my confidence back and am stronger than I have ever been. I never thought I would be one to workout at 5:30 am but now it is something I look forward to every week. Even with trouble from a rotator cuff repair, he modifies workouts for me when I need it. I have been doing the Still Life Fitness Boot Camp for almost 6 months and I love it! I never thought I would have so much fun exercising. Darryl creates an environment that makes each class something to look forward to – with dress up themes, competitive games, partner work, and good music. He pushes us to our highest potential while also being very encouraging. I’ve become stronger and for the first time in my life I am proud of what my body can do! It may seem silly, but I had never in my life been able to do a regular push-up and now I CAN do them, and so much more. Still Life Fitness is awesome!!
Darryl is someone who motivated me from day 1. The environment he creates is inspirational. I would never think that I’d look forward to working out at 530AM but it’s absolutely worth it. There are many mornings when I want to take a break, or I can’t finish a workout, but hearing the motivation not only from Darryl but of the other people there is almost magical! I look forward to every class and I saw results in my strength within a few classes! If there’s one thing you need to do, is sign up and come to a workout and find out how amazing it is!
Darryl is an incredible trainer. His ability to personalize a workout and encourage you throughout the process makes each session enjoyable! I recently booked Darryl Eubanks for 6 weeks of personal training.My goals were to lift, tone and develop my flat little butt, lol, while trimming down in other areas.This is a very tough combination of goals to achieve.
I have to say I was shocked and very pleased with the results of our training.After 13 sessions, I was amazed at how my body had changed. I was lean and toned. And yes, for the first time in my life, I had a booty I was proud of. I had curves in all the right places and it didn’t take him long to get me there. I highly recommend Darryl! You can’t be afraid of hard work, but if you train with him, you WILL get results!
It has only been a month since I began my journey with Still Life Fitness but it has been the BEST month yet! My main goal as I began this adventure was simply to get moving. It has turned into SO much more! I am learning about nutrition, how my body reacts and responds to movement and how far I can push myself. My fellow Boot Campers have become my family. We encourage each other and have learned to work as a team to accomplish a common goal. Daryl is THE BEST! He pushes me to work hard and go beyond any limit I set for myself. He pays close attention to each camper and truly cares about my overall health. And we have FUN!!
The entire process is very thorough! My needs and goals were evaluated and have been supported well. Workouts are individualized and challenging with those goals in mind. I have received the perfect level of encouragement! It’s working! I have tried to lose weight and get in shape working out on my own for years and have not had these kinds of results. I feel great!
