After having two babies my health got away from me. When I joined Darryl’s Class I wasn’t totally sure that I would be able to get up and go workout at 5:30 am.. Darryl makes the class so much fun. I enjoy each and every day that I go. He makes working out fun, and personalizes the experience to fit you. Which I love! Before joining the Still Life family, I had lost my self confidence. After about three months with Darryl, I lost 20 pounds, gained my confidence back and am stronger than I have ever been. I never thought I would be one to workout at 5:30 am but now it is something I look forward to every week. Even with trouble from a rotator cuff repair, he modifies workouts for me when I need it. Darryl is always there to encourage us and push us to be the best we can be. I am so thankful!
