The Workout is generally 30-40 Mins. This is built around a combination of strength training, body sculpting training, mobility, core, and cardio. Each exercise is designed so you can focus on building your strongest self.
Each exercise for the specific class will be demonstrated. You will start at a particular exercise and rotate in numerical order of the workouts listed.
After the demo, you will complete each exercise as an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) or EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), depending on the day, until the final countdown.
There will be modifications for any movement if you have injuries or limitations.
